We’ll always do our very best to match your preferred dates, and if you’d like to check availability before booking, just get in touch and we can confirm a specific date for you. If you’re not happy with the appointment offered, we’ll provide a full refund — no questions asked.

However, surveyor availability can sometimes be outside our control.
